ES Range

The ES range covers 16kg/h to 246kg/h (12-180kW), and is available in four trim levels:

• 15 PSIG (1bar) Trim – Operating range 0.35bar (5PSIG) to 0.86bar (12.5PSIG)

• 50 PSIG (3.5bar) Trim – Operating range 0.55bar (8PSIG) to 2.4bar (35PSIG)

• 100 PSIG (6.9bar) Trim – Operating range 1.38bar (20PSIG) to 5.86bar (85PSIG)

• 150 PSIG (10.3bar) Trim – Operating range 3.45bar (50PSIG) to 8.96bar (130PSIG)

These boilers are perfect for any application requiring steam from 0 to 9bar.  Each unit is complete with automatic features, including pressure and liquid level controllers, ASME Code pressure vessel and safety valve, and are fully tested under power.

Applications for standard (100PSIG) and high pressure (150PSIG) trims include: steam for tanks, laboratory use, reactors, distillations, autoclaves, dyestuffs, cosmetics, paraffins, glues, steam jacketed kettles, sterilizers, and pipe tracing.

The low pressure versions (15PSIG and 50PSIG) have been designed to provide atmospheric, low pressure steam for humidification and HVAC requirements, and are suitable for almost any application or environment requiring a steam source for humidification purposes.  Applications include: protection of sensitive materials, machinery, and equipment, reduction of static electricity in computer rooms and offices, and assuring comfort zones for personnel working in hospitals, factory, and packing areas.

Each unit is complete with automatic features, including pressure and liquid level controllers, ASME Code pressure vessel and safety valve, and are fully tested under power.
