Mechanical Separators

Reflex air and dirt separators are in-line mechanical devices to vent, and remove microbubbles, dirt, and sludge from pipe systems.

The range comprises:

• Exvoid T – Automatic Air Vents.

• Exvoid – Micro-bubble Air Separators.

• Exdirt – Dirt & Sludge Separators.

• Extwin – Combined Micro-bubble, Dirt, and Sludge Separators.

• Exferro – Magnetic inserts for uptake of ferromagnetic particles.

Selection and dimensioning is based on the fluid’s flow speed, and there are both standard capacity (flow speeds up to 1.5m/s) and high capacity (flow speeds between 1.5m/s and 3.0m/s) models, all with low pressure drops.
