Cooke Ductwork features:

• Lockformer/Mestek fully automated coil line for production of rectangular straight ductwork and fitting blanks with minimised wastage.

• Dual table laser cutter for accuracy, speed, and cleanliness of fitting production.

• All ductwork is built to SMACNA 2021 standards with construction to the HVCA standard DW144 optional.

Ductwork is bar coded for ease of tracking from the shop floor to the duct cage and thence transport to the worksite.  Cooke Industries have 12off 4m x 2.2m duct cages fully certified for lifting for transport of duct to the worksite.

Site measures are handled with our easy to use FabShop Mobile app (iPhone & Android compatible) that enables easy detailing and transmission of rectangular and round duct on the fly from the site direct to our office.  With capture of all the necessary information, this avoids the dreaded “back of a fag packet” sketch approach of yesteryear.
