Cooke have designed and produced ductwork for over 60years, and have developed a system of ductwork cutting and fabrication which is economical to cut, fold, and assemble, and meets leakage test criteria across a wide range of velocities.
The plant features a dual table fibre laser cutter and the only fully automated coil line in NZ for the production of rectangular straight ductwork. Together with ancillary automated flange forming, corner insertion, folding and seam closing machinery, this means quick delivery and minimised cost.
