Ici Caldaie have a proud 60 year history and the largest production plant for steel and industrial boilers in Europe, producing around 12,000 hot water boilers and 1000 industrial boilers per year. They are also a leader in the journey towards new forms of energy generation and cleaner technologies, with many collaborative projects working simultaneously on both sustainability and green energy, mostly linked to hydrogen as a fuel source.

They have a complete range of high efficiency thermal oil heaters utilising the latest European designs for high efficiency and low emissions. These boilers are suitable for operation with hot thermal oil, i.e. with fluid flowing at a temperature lower than the boiling temperature at atmospheric pressure, and are supplied fully packaged and ready for installation.

The boilers are designed, manufactured and fully tested prior to delivery to a range of international standards including European Directive 2014/68/EU (PED), ASME, Lloyds Register, Rina, & TUV. They also meet, in full, the NZ standard requirements, namely the “Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 – Approved Code of Practice for the Design, Safe Operation, Maintenance, and Servicing of Boilers” and the AS/NZS 3000 Electrical Wiring Rules.
