Indirect Clean Steam Generators

The ISG indirect steam boiler is ideal for when clean steam without contamination from water treatment and corrosion internal to the boiler is required for hospitals, sterilization processes, and the food & beverage industry.

With a U-shaped tube bundle as heat exchanger, and technological steam used as an energy source, this represents the cheapest method to produce clean steam. All parts in contact with the water and steam on the casing side are made of AISI316 or AISI 304 stainless steel.

These generators are available in sizes from 160 to 2,750kg/h at 6bar design pressure, and are supplied fully packaged for easy installation, requiring only connection to power, water supply, steam & discharge lines.
