Superheated Hot Water Boilers

The ASX & ASGX EN ranges are suitable for processes where the operating temperature requirements are above 110°C and design pressures up to 12bar. The power generation rates are between 200kW and 17MW.

The ASX is a monobloc reverse flame wet-back fire-tube design whilst the ASGX EN is a true three pass wet-back fire-tube design for maximum efficiency, durability, and reliability.  These superheated hot water boilers are suitable for liquid and gaseous fuels, and supplied complete with regulation and safety accessories for automatic operation..

Accessories available include global safety systems for up to 72hours unattended operation, condensing heat recovery units, and superheated water expansion vessels.
