Standard Steam Boilers

These heavy duty shell and tube steam boilers are available in sizes from 100 to 25,000kg/h, and pressures up to 25bar, and are the ideal solution for demanding applications with large steam spaces for good quality dry steam.

The models are supplied fully packaged for easy installation and require only the connection to power, water supply, steam & blowdown lines. They comply with EU efficiency and emission regulations and are suitable for any kind of liquid or gaseous fuel.

There are a range of models to suit the particular application requirements:

BNX – Low pressure three pass reverse flame wet back steam boilers with steam production duties from 100 to 3,000kg/h at 1bar design. With saturation levels reaching 1, even at low pressure, these are particularly suitable where dry steam quality is required.

SIXEN – Three pass reverse flame wet back steam boilers with steam production duties from 350 to 5,000kg/h and pressures up to 15Bar. With stainless steel cladding, these are particularly suitable for food or sanitary applications, and are supplied complete with all accessories to ensure rapid commissioning.

TREVAPOR - A three pass wet back horizontal fire tube steam boiler offering the same duties of the SIXEN range but in a genuine three pass arrangement and featuring higher efficiency and a higher water content for increased performance & reliability under demanding loads. Also with in-built flue gas economisers for enhanced efficiency up to 96%.

GX - A three pass wet back horizontal fire tube steam boiler with high water volume produced especially for industrial plants. With duties from 1,700 to 25,000kg/h at pressures up to 15Bar, these technically advanced industrial boilers provide excellent performance, reliability, endurance, and control.

All these boilers have a large water content, making them the best solution for heavy duty applications. There are a full range of accessories such as global safety systems for up to 72hours unattended operation, flue gas economisers, deaerators, feed water tanks, blowdown vessels, water treatment systems and flues.
