Standardised Chilled Water Buffer Tanks

The standard catalogued VT range of buffer tanks are suitable for both chilled and low temperature heating water applications, and feature low standing losses for high efficiency storage.

VT series Chilled/Heating Water Buffer Tanks in the size range 100 – 5,000L and featuring:

• VT-Z – Carbon steel construction, internally and externally hot dip galvanized.

• VT-G – Carbon steel construction with external anti-rust primer.

• VT-X – AISI 316L stainless steel construction with internal & external pickling and passivation.

• Factory insulated with rigid polyurethane or closed cell elastomer insulation and aluminium cladding or PVC jacket.

• Available in horizontal or vertical orientation.

VTS series Chilled/Heating Water Buffer Tanks in the size range 300 – 5,000L and featuring:

• Internal perforated central divider plate ideal for primary-secondary low loss header applications.

• Carbon steel construction with external anti-rust primer or AISI 316L stainless steel construction.

• Factory insulated with closed cell elastomer insulation and aluminium cladding or PVC jacket.

VTP series Chilled/Heating Water Buffer Tanks in the size range 300 – 5,000L and featuring:

• Multiple internal flow dividers ideal for chiller/heat pump load stabilization applications.

• Carbon steel construction with external anti-rust primer.

• Factory insulated with polyethylene insulation and aluminium cladding or PVC jacket.
